Bí Cineálta Parent Survey
The Department of Education has published the Bí Cineálta Procedures to Prevent and Address Bullying Behaviour. As part of our review of the school’s anti-bullying procedures we are asking parents to complete the below survey. This survey was provided by the Department of Education to enable schools to gather required data to support and guide the school in the development of the Bí Cineálta Policy. For reference the updated definition of bullying as per the Bí Cineálta guidance is:’ Bullying is targeted behaviour, online or offline that causes harm. The harm caused can be physical, social and/or emotional in nature. Bullying behaviour is repeated over time and involves an imbalance of power in relationships between two people or groups of people in society.’
